Blogging Milestone!!! Help Requested!

I was amazed this morning to notice (as I hold my daughter in one hand and type with the other) that this is my 100th post! It is amzing to me that the time has gone by this quickly and that I have had that much to say.

Blogging has opened my world to a group of great people that I am happy to be affiliated with. Now I am still looking for ways to gather more readers, so any help that others can do to help with that I am all for it!

So today, instead of doing a top 100 things you didn't know about me or something like that I am asking you all for some help. Now that I have been doing this for a while I am interested in your coments about my blog.

  • What do you like?

  • What do you dislike?

  • Are there things you would like changed about the site itself?

  • Are there topics you would like me to tackle on my blog in the future?

  • I am looking for honest, open reflection regarding my blog as I am working hard to try as I said before to grow my readership base and am all about working on the things that need to be addressed.

So all of you know a new design for the blog is in the works thanks to Summer over at Summersnook... so look for that in the coming future.

As you can probably guess I am very excited to hear from you in regards to your thoughts on this matter. If you are not oomfortable leaving a public comment, please email me your thoughts at: dadofdivas@gmail.com

I like the site as it is. (Although I'm looking forward to seeing the new design.) There are some dad sites that are hilarious and they're some of the most popular ones. Then there are others, like yours, that are more real. Even though they're sometimes about the reflective, routine or even mundane parts of being a dad, they're honest and touching. I try to be a little of that myself, and I enjoy reading about other dads and moms just being good, real parents.

Congratulations on the 100th post. Of course, I'll add you to my blogroll. Sorry for that oversight.

Hey, it was nice cyber meeting you at Joeprah's contest! Are you with Entrecard.com? Its a good way to promote your blog as well.

I think its really cool to see "Daddy Bloggers", keep on blogging and congrats on your 100th post!

I like well from MOmmy blogs cause I hadn't really stumbled on any Daddy ones until Joeprah's and now yours , reviews on things that pertain to family and good ol' parenting advice is always a plus!

I like the "tone" of your blog (sweet, intelligent, loving, thoughtful), and the look is just fine. I like your list of Dad-blogs. I like that I finally got that feed to work! I'd like your blog better if MINE was listed! (JK!!) I love that you are a faithful reader of other blogs, too :)

Looking forward to seeing the new design. The window dressing and functionality of the site is important, just like a house or car; however, what really matters is what's inside - you and the content you create. I think as long as you create great content, then other things will just be a bonus.

Congrats on reaching your 100th post! I haven't been reading long so I have no advice to give you on content, but I can say I think a good design does wonders. ;)

Congrats on the milestone! Most bloggers don't make it past the 10th post so I think you're doing great.

About the design...I certified myself as a web design expert. At least I know what I don't like when it comes to websites.

I think a more simple design would do you well. Can I say that I've seen a sneak preview and it looks AWESOME!? <-- in my own professional blog design self education anyway.
